West’s lunchtime keynote speaker Ryan Popple is a member of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers’ Greentech team, and previously served as the Senior Director of Finance at Tesla Motors. Popple went deep into the limitation of the oil economy—even down to the inefficiencies of the combustion engine.
